decidimos abrir un restaurante. Lo hicimos en un sitio con mucha historia: una antigua era de trilla y una vieja caseta de ganado en El Pago* de la Rana, en Tiedra, que es de donde viene nuestro nombre.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Quisimos crear un sitio tranquilo, sin cafeter\u00eda, con mesas separadas y sin agobios, para poder dedicarle tiempo de calidad a cada mesa.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Estamos muy cerca del Centro de Interpretaci\u00f3n de la Lavanda, del Observatorio Astron\u00f3mico Cielo y Tiedra, del Castillo del siglo XI y de la Ermita y Hospeder\u00eda de Ntra.
